LUC TEN KLOOSTER
Luc ten Klooster derives from a family of artists so it is not surprising that sometimes he himself feels more like an artist than a photographer. His interest in photography started at a young age when he got his first camera (Agfa Clack).
However, he chose for the music academy to become a professional concert pianist. It was only in 1999 that he picked up photography again which led to his new and impressive career as a photographer. His commissions are related to portrait, architecture and documentary. In his non commissioned work he feels free to work with different subjects and techniques, both analogue and digital. His photographs have been shown at exhibitions in The Netherlands, Belgium and Austria and his portfolios have been published in the Dutch Focus Magazine and in the Greek photo magazines Photo-Net and Photo-book.
Recently his
photo book “SHE” has been published.
